At Outdoors Bargains, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return:

Start by reaching out to our customer support team via live chat or our contact form to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.Prepare Your Return
Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and any promotional items included.Ship the Item Back
Once you receive your RA number, send the item to the address provided by our support team. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refund Process:
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
All refunds will be sent to the original payment method used at checkout.
Important Notes:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns without a valid RA number may be delayed or not processed.
Items that are used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for return.
