Estimated Arrival Date
An estimated arrival date is when we expect your package to arrive. While we work hard to provide accurate estimates, these dates are not guaranteed. Multiple dates may be provided for a single order based on item location or availability. Factors like weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances can impact delivery times. Some items may require a signature upon delivery.
Estimated arrival dates are for U.S. domestic orders. For international orders, please refer to our International Orders and Shipping section.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping speed selected at checkout, the item’s location and availability, the shipping address, and our carrier partners. Weather, carrier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances can also affect delivery times.
We offer three shipping speeds (all times are estimated):
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Faster Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Fastest Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the weight and dimensions of the items, and the delivery destination. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
Shipping Companies
We partner with trusted carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, to ensure your items are delivered securely and on time. The specific carrier for your order will be determined based on the shipping method you select and your location.
Exceptions to Estimated Arrival Dates
Estimated arrival dates do not apply to:
- Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, and rural areas
- Deliveries made to U.S. territories, APO, FPO, and international addresses
- Items that must be sent by ground shipping (e.g., hazardous, flammable, and oversize items as noted in the product information)
- Items shipped via common carrier freight, including boats and car-top boxes
- Bikes
- Items that are pre-order, backorder, or out of stock at the time of ordering
Pickup Options
